Chocolate mousse with olive oil
Ingredients
- 500 grams couverture in pieces or drops
- 220 grams whole milk
- 500 grams whip cream (35% fat)
- 30 ml olive oil
Instructions
1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, do it with caution so the chocolate doesn’t burn.
2. As soon as it melts add the olive oil and the whole milk. Stir until there are no whole pieces of chocolate left and until everything mixes evenly.
3. Add whipped cream into our mixture and stir gently.

5. Serve them into small glass cups and put them in the fridge of at least an hour to cool.
