From the time of Hippocrates to today, mountain tea is a daily Greek ritual. Harvested at altitude and dried gently, only the flowering tops are selected to deliver a brighter cup, fuller aroma, and a naturally smooth finish—caffeine-free and beautifully calming any time of day.
Grown in rocky, high-elevation terroir, Greek mountain tea (Sideritis) develops concentrated essential oils and a distinctive golden color. By keeping only the blossoms, the infusion is cleaner and more aromatic: think wild herbs, honey, lemon zest, and warm meadow notes. Enjoyed hot in winter or poured over ice in summer, it’s a simple luxury rooted in Greek tradition.
