
1. Our company provides you with alternative ways of receiving and delivering products for your convenience. When submitting your order, you are invited to choose how you wish to receive or ship the products you have ordered. Depending on the method you choose, the total final cost of your order will be formed by virtue of which the payment will be made and which will be included in the order confirmation.
2. Time, Method, Place of Pickup/Shipment. The time of delivery of your order is defined before its finalization but also by the Order Confirmation e-mail message you receive after its completion.
i) Pick up of your order from our Distribution Center (Artemidos 26, Metamorfosi 144 52) during working days and hours Monday-Friday 9:00-16:00, excluding holidays.
ii) Ιn case you want the order to be sent to a delivery address that you will inform us, then the delivery will be made:
a) With a cooperating transport company, namely TNT for international deliveries (within the EU) and FedEx for deliveries within Greece. Our company and its partners take all the necessary measures for the timely transfer of the order to the buyer within the framework of the basic delivery schedule of each transport company. We cannot guarantee either the arrival time or the exact delivery time of the ordered products, as these depend on the transport companies we work with. Our company is not responsible for any delays due to: a) force majeure b) random events or events beyond its control. In case of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you. Our company is responsible for the proper delivery of your order to the carrier, and upon delivery the risk is transferred to the buyer as per article 524 of the Civil Code. The cost of transport borne by the buyer is determined each time by the pricing policy of each transport company, which is solely responsible for the shipping charges and may change the prices at any time. COCO-MAT Farms is not responsible for any price change.
b) In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, we urge you to contact our Customer Service Department through the section Contact us in order for our partner to undertake the transport of the products. In this case, the consumer will bear the cost of return. In case of return of any defective products, the return must be carried out after contacting our company, which assumes both the cost and the responsibility of the transport from the delivery of the returned products to the carrier.
c) Please note that deliveries are only made within working days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) between (9.00-19.00 local time, except in the case of collection from our Distribution Center (2.i above) and the estimated delivery time from the entry of the order is from 3 to 10 working days.
Within 24 hours from the time of order placement the customer may request its cancellation by sending an e-mail to COCO-MAT Farms’s Online Orders’ Department: COCO-MAT Farms: [email protected]. Within this time limit, the order will be cancelled.
After the delivery of the order, the customer is entitled to return the products within 14 calendar days from delivery by sending a relevant statement, to the address:

Online orders with a “bank account deposit” payment method must be paid within 10 calendar days from the day of the order. If the payment time passes, the order is automatically cancelled.
The delivery expenses for the return of the products will be incurred by the client. The products returned must be accompanied by the prototype invoice or receipt of payment. Within 14 days from their receipt by COCO-MAT Farms and if they have not suffered any damages or deteriorations, COCO-MAT Farms will refund the customer with the amount of the returned products’ value, with which the customer has been charged (with the exception of supplementary costs, incurred because of the customer’s selection to use other than the cheaper typical means of delivery, which COCO-MAT Farmsoffers) using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction (unless the customer has agreed upon something different than that).
If the returned product has suffered damages or deteriorations by the customer’s fault or its value has been deteriorated by means of handling, which was not necessary for the specification of the nature, the characteristics and the operation of the products, COCO-MAT Farms will estimate the value of the damages and the extent of the value deterioration and in case that COCO-MAT Farms is obliged to proceed with the refund of the customer, the adequate amount of the damage will be deducted by the total amount of the refund.
